Reach Higher Shasta’s Love of Literacy Book Drive

February 1, 2025 - February 14, 2025

This Valentine’s season, spread the love of reading by participating in the Love of
Literacy Book Drive, happening February 1–14. Your donations of new or gently
used books for children and teenagers will help fill Little Free Libraries across Shasta
County, ensuring young readers have access to stories that can spark their
imaginations and inspire their dreams.
Drop-off locations & hours
● Les Schwab Tire Centers (Monday–Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to
5 p.m.)

  •  3161 Market St., Redding
  • 1201 Hilltop Drive, Redding
  • 4601 Churn Creek Road, Redding
  • 2630 Balls Ferry Road, Anderson
  • 37462 Main St., Burney

● Redding Library, 1100 Parkview Ave., Redding (Monday–Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8
p.m.; Friday–Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Join us in making a difference, one book at a time! The Love of Literacy Book Drive
organized by Reach Higher Shasta, a community movement to increase
opportunities for all students to reach higher in education, training, and career
choices.
