Red Bluff Fire Department Mini-Carnival

We are hosting our 3rd annual “Treat Street” Mini-Carnival. Trick or Treat all the Downtown Red Bluff businesses and then swing by to see your Red Bluff Fire Fighters, Red Bluff Joint Union High School District CTE Fire Students and enjoy some carnival themed games and treats!
