The League of Women Voters Redding, invites the public to an informational meeting on and discussion of the two items that will be on the Nov. 4 Special Election Ballot:

Measure A.  Title: Adopt a one percent transactions and use tax in the city of Redding for the special purpose of funding essential local services.

and

California Proposition 50. Title: Authorizes Temporary Changes to Congressional District Maps in Response to Texas’ Partisan Redistricting.
