NAMI Shasta County’s Family Support Group
A peer-led, 90 minute confidential support group for family and friends of people with mental health conditions that meets at 5:30pm the first and third Tuesday of every month. NAMI’s support groups are unique because they follow a structured model, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to be heard. By sharing your experiences in a safe setting, you can gain hope and develop supportive relationships. The office is at the back of the building to the NAMI Shasta County.
